Currently I live in Egypt , Laws prevent Marriage before the age of 18 or 16 I'm not so sure . BTW you should differentiate between religion and culture , what you see in Muslim societies is Culture not Islam .
One of my favorite quotations is for a Muslim Scholar who lived in England and Egypt , He said " When I went to Europe , I found Islam but no Muslims . When I went to Egypt I found Muslims but no Islam " . Societies don't express the Religion itself .

Well those Statistics are mainly for countryside and villages not People who Live in the Capital . Personally I live in Cairo and I have never saw an underage marriage . Yeah it happens sometimes but not as wide as you think . Also please differentiate between Culture , Traditions and Religion . Poor people / Peasant here don't even have good or religious education so their acts only express traditions they had grown up to . I'm not racist regarding poor people actually , but I just want to show you the difference between the Religion and Traditions . Don't take your knowledge from google search .

Regarding Saudia Arabia , They have good points like laws regarding theft , and bad rules like not allowing women to drive . I guess they aren't allowed to drive for a religious reason maybe you think ?

I don't believe that the Egyptians invented either Nikāḥ al-Mut‘ah or Nikah Misyar. I think you need to stop blaming the "Egyptian culture" and start placing the blame where it truly belongs.

That's really weird cuz just the other day I saw on facebook a post that said Muslim schools in the UK were teaching their students that the punishment for sodomy is death.
