Israel Deserves Their Promised Land Because

According to you, most recent generations of Jews were forced to flee from Europe. Don't you think they should get compensated back in Europe from where they were forced to move which was the birth place of their generations and not in Middle East.

this land was not occupied by the Palestenians, they were not such a big pupolation here. if they were, the UN wouldn't have given us our independence. when our war of independence began we didn't fight the other people we defened ourselves from iraq,lebanon,syria,egypt etc.. we did not start the war. they did. they started it on the 15.5.1948, when just a day before, 14.5.1948 we declared our independence.
who are we stealing land from? we were here way before just not as an "official" state. search google for "british mandate in israel" and you'll see that jewish lived here way before 1948, and a lot of them.

if our intention was to steal land than GAZA wasn't functioning as an independent authority.. but they do.

 

So, in 1948, how many Europeans were in Israel, vs how many Semetic Arabs were in Israel.

Why did the invading Europeans, who were themselves trying to get away from persecution in their home countries, decide to persecute an entire population, who had nothing to do with their ordeal. If Germany drove you out of your homes, why didn't you carve a home country for yourself in Germany itself, instead of creating the World's largest refugee population, and occupying a foreign population for more than 4 decades.

#1 It is way to difficult to know who would be entitled to land or compensation under your flawed logic. Land has been stolen back and forth for centuries, fought via war, sold out from under the citizens. Citizens themselves have moved back and forth, country to country.
#2 I do not believe compensation is in order.
#3 All you'd be doing is stealing from someone else to give back to someone you hope at one point in time had an ancestor living on said land, who knows if they even owned land, they could have just been a tenant. A bit to Robin hoodish for me, blindly throwing land around and hoping someone who deserves it gets it.

Finally back to your crude and horrible example of stolen property, if you're going to use that as an example to stealing land to give it back to someone 'you hope' deserves it I suggest you also put the statue in where someone who receives stolen property goes directly to jail. There is your compensation.

You must honestly have no clue of history if you actually think going around and taking land back and giving it to a 'supposed' ancestor could or should actually be attempted. Empires, tribes, cities, countries have fallen over and over and over and over again. Many could claim ancestor ties to multiple civilizations.

No it is not moral nor is it possible to steal land from those who currently have it in hopes that it gets back to someone who you feel has more right to it, nor is it right to steal the money from the citizens to 'compensate' the person having their land stolen from. The government after all gets their money from the citizens of their land.
