While I'm neutral either way, I would have to disagree with "All kids are innocent"...sure, they're innocent, unless they're holding an AK-47 in your face and shouting to Allah or whatever they say over there.
The 2 year old would still be innocent. Of course you'd have to hit him with some suppressive fire to maintain your own safety, but at least you'd do so from a superior moral high ground.
