Can you show me those news where did Israel offered land? I'm curious to see those! You won't have hard time to find the if they done that "many a time".
I know for Arab Peace Initiative when Arabs offered same thing you claim Israel offered "many a time" and Israel didn't even responded to that initiative.

Since the entire peace effort from Israel is basically them offering land I would say those are times when they are offering land. But maybe that is just me. Who knows. I could be wrong. Offering land and offering land could be two complete opposite things.

The peace talks always fall apart however due to violence flaring up which results in Palestine getting no land. Imagine that.

- to give Palestinians military control of eastern Jerusalem and even parts of the Old City. Administrative control of the Temple Mount, which overlooks the Western Wall, was also offered. This despite that the Temple Mount is Judaism's holiest site, and despite the occurrences of rocks being thrown by Muslims from the Temple Mount at Jews praying at the Wall.

- to allow many Palestinian refugees to return to Israel through family reunification, as well as giving compensation to those refugees who couldn't return.

Sadly, Arafat walked away from the negotiations without making a counter-offer. Instead he launched a war of terror.

Israel warned Jordan and told her not to interfere. though, when the war started, Jordan attacked Israel.
