ISP blocking my website

How can I get around this? I can access the website from a proxy, so it must be my ISP. I dont really want to login from a proxy to access it. Does anyone know a way of fixing or getting around this?

    Thank you

Maybe just call them and tell them to fix it.

Depends on many factors. How long ago have you registered the domain? If its too recent, sometimes it is not accessible on some ISPs yet.
Also, which error message do you receive? Is your ISP using some kind of filter to block some sites it doesnt like, or do you get the standard "Address not found" error. If so, it might be a problem with your ISP s DSN server again, so try using www.opendns.com instead as a DNS server to see if it helps.

In what way is it not accessible? Can you not resolve the name correctly? Can you not ping the server? Can you not reach port 80?

maybe it would be a good idea to try it from a different computer / location / isp. there could be many reasons that your pc is blocking that site too (anti virus, virus ...).

This had happened to me I could axcess my site and my cpanel. I called the hosting and timewarner to see if there was a blockage both had said no. What it was it was my wireless connection, I hooked it straight from the broadband modem and it was fine after that.

Try to contact your ISP customer support if you think you have set your site correctly.
