Isnt this placement against the TOS

    I was watching Steve Pavlinas website and came to think about one of his adsense placement ..

    Isnt it against the TOS to place adsense like this ?

    as when i read google TOS years ago it was permitted.

    I dont think you can do that with images. But i have seen thousand of websites with adsense like that with links. I am 99% sure you can get banned if you use image ads like that. Pretty sad this guy earns like 1000$ pr day or so.

    If it is a content unit, then it is fine.
    but I'm not sure about image unit.

    Obviously that is a image unit and not an image with ads below it.

    Yes but does it break the TOS ? If not then im going to do this myself because that placement is imba.

    yeah not at all...its just an ad on the content...if my memory serves me right, that is some placement suggested bu google...:D
