Isnt this a decent Ad placement idea?

Hi,
I am new to the forum and this is my first post.
i would like to know about this site's (www.pfmsg.com) ad placements. are they correct or they should be adjusted in a different way?
I was thinking to replace the top header image with the 728x90 ad , will this be good idea?

Ads placement is in the right place and it blends with the content of your site. So try to wait or experiment that ads before you replace it with another one.

 

You need to do experiment with the ads placement on your site.....after that you choose which ads placement gives you high CTR...
