The domain name itself should be a dead give-away, I bet he will sell it for 10k to some unsuspecting beginner.
That's the problem jg, people pick up obscure domain names that have little or no relevance to directory branding, sell the PR and do a runner. Makes me want to puke.
By the looks of the thread pointed by swedal, that guy seems a newbie in this area. Damn it, that's even more annoying.
The only thing I have for this guy is he was actually honest for his reason for sale. It is rare to see that. He does seem rather new to this flipping sites idea.
And how do we know that he tells the truth? Don't we all say, when the reason of sale is asked, "I need money for other projects" etc?
Well looks like the auction is over and the high bid of $4600 did not reach the reserve. hmmm. edit - looks like the site is down right now also....
$4600 would be a good flip considering he might of had $500'ish invested. Not sure if swedal was saying he got that.
