    Advertising (learn more)

Advertise virtually anything here, with CPM banner ads, CPM email ads and CPC contextual links. You can target relevant areas of the site and show ads based on geographical location of the user if you wish.

Starts at just $1 per CPM or $0.10 per CPC.

Isn't it the goal to get the BIG one?

well what I was going at was the MFA sites when I said crappy. Meaning getting a ok url or existing domain and sripping everything off of it basically except for ads.

There are MANY quality sites that are small as in a few pages of good content. So a small site with good content could be the BIG one.

Exactly, it's what you make of it. Too many ad units on each page & your site starts looking spammy.

The $1 per day idea is the dumbest crap out there. "If I make a website and it makes a dollar a day, then all I gotta do is make more websites."

Sure, so if you make one million websites and they all earn one dollar per day, then you make one million daily? Who's doing it?

Using one website means you can "concentrate" your link-building and content adding efforts into one site, and probably have much better results. I think domain registrars sit around the forums promoting the idea of having tons of sites.

I want to make about 10 successful sites, just my personal preference because I like making sites.

But yeah, 1 or 2 would be great also :) make sure it's unique to the core

I think for many, the ideal scenario would be to have 2/3 fairly big sites and several (4/5) smaller, but good quality sites. This way you are less exposed.
