    i was just surfing the web and i saw this blogger cheating google.

    he is using text " Popular posts " above google ads..

    see the snapshot below..

    will google ban him ?

    This is misguiding and against adsense t.o.s, google will surely ban him if someone reports this to google.

    Only if somebody reports him, combining images or misleading text with ads is against tos but works well for clicks

    So you turn him in and move on. There are millions of people trying to cheat the system. And Google has their own way of dealing with it. They watch. Then they cut them off right before payday. Some people get away with it for awhile but not in the long term.

    No need to be the Net Police, it only brings you misery. Focus on what you can do for yourself and move on.

    It is a clear violation of TOS and misleading the visitors to click the adsense ads. Labeling the adsense ads with captions other than ads or sponsored links is against the TOS and soon the blog would be in trouble.

    You could report this Goggle, one thing you could do is click the Ads by Google in that Adsense ads which will redirect you to a report page. Just fill up the form and tell Google how his Adsense block has violated TOS

    its clearly mentioned in terms that you cant do that, leave the ads aside, they dont want u to be over smart..
