Turkey has an Islamic agenda. And she will always have one, until the time when muslims realize that Islam is a man made religion and it is not truly from God.
Want proof? The so called prophet Mohammad today would be either in jail for child rape or wanted as a war criminal, or wanted as person who sold people for money. Yeah, that's the person muslim consider a messenger from God. They don't look and check what he did, but listen to what he said, and if they really analyze what muhammad said and did they'll see fro themselves it is not Divine.
Would you trust a country who's leadership trully believes in the quran?

By todays standards, if you read bible God himself would be prosecuted as war criminal.

Another misleading propaganda , to side means to support. But I appreciate your efforts. But don't forget on the one side of the scale there is Israel and on the other side there is Turkey. And people knows who is who very well :)

So you are aware of Mohammad's crimes right, but you are still believing he is "something better than us" right?
If you do believe that God is the creator, then your statements above about God is total nonsense.

Where did I say anything about him being better than us?!?
I only said what I said: by todays standards God himself would end up like Saddam Hussein.

By the way I have to tell the truth about this ban , most of the members here don't care about reality all they do is to cover their mistakes by blaming others.(For example Israel killed innocent people and feel quilty and they blame others to get them out of this situation etc )

Every country has taxes , Google has adwords and adsense , the Turkish state wants google to obey to the local laws and pay the taxes but google takes no step. This is one of the main reasons of the youtube ban , since it is an ip based ban it effects some other google services. If you gain money from an economy you have to pay taxes.Google pays these taxes in most of the european countries.

If you stop and think your argument through, it makes no sense at all. My web company pays Turkey no taxes because it doesn't have an office in Turkey. By your ridiculous argument, every webmaster on the planet would potentially owe taxes (jizya?) to the government of Turkey -- just because a Turk might visit our sites.

Last I knew, YouTube was losing about $1M/day. Google luck collecting a percentage from that project. :p

The ban on YouTube makes sense in only one context -- it is yet another assault by the Turkish government on freedom of speech.

Let's say that we can ignore -- just for a moment -- how morally wrong that it. It is still moronically stupid -- because it doesn't work. It doesn't prevent people from accessing the truth and it just makes the government of Turkey look more backwards.

    Lol. How silly that is.
Anyhow, the real reason for the ban is because Mustafa Kemal Ataturk was portrayed as a homosexual in the Youtube videos.
Yay for freedom of speech, yay for tolerance!
islamic state of turkey will ban much more websites in the future, I predict.

Some people just can't handle the truth.

Pim Fortuyn was gay and he was an awesome politician.
