    for your informations that is wrrong, all you said is wrrong ,

    one who steals - loses their hand True, but they do not do that rule anymore, do you want to some ome steals your home when you are absent ?? when a criminal see someone loss his hand he will get a work for him self and there will be no more crims :) ,

    Maybe they just aren't scaring their crims ENOUGH. Perhaps cutting off both hands and feet would work better?
