Adsense is so strict in banning website without any clear reason , They should notify 1 time at least before banning , to give the webmaster a chance to correct some out control problems , and the banning should be time based , let s say 1 year not forever it is injustice cause some webmasters in their first few weeks with adsense may be they are not familiar that much with the rules .
Any way I am happy that YPN is functional now, I hate monopoly and I don t like the way that google monopolize the search engine market and apply his rules, that is not good for anybody even for the humanity.

My adwords account has had refunds come to it before, there is no doubt in my mind that they refund the money back to the customer in question. Whats 3,000 to google versus loosing their reputation for being honest?

Very good and true point. Besides the legal implications that they would face as well if they did not return the money to the Advertisers as well.

I am not quite sure bout this point. Think for a while, if you and me are not working for google or yahoo and know their system settings, how are we supposed to know whether they refund the money or not. Be it in full or half.

They never disclose how much earnings per click they are giving. And how do we know how much percentage are they taking per click. Let's say we are charged for $1.00 per click, and $0.50 goes to google or yahoo. But then later they found fraud in the publishers account. So they close the publisher's account and refund the money to the advertiser.

Now, the question is, how do we know whether they are refunding $1.00 back to us or $0.80? Taking $0.20 themselves? Worse, they can even take all $1.00.

    Just my 2 cents.

    OK. You're wrong.

Moral: Don't agree to the terms without reading the terms.

If you commit theft from your employer, he's not going to give you a warning and ask you nicely to please stop, he's going to fire you. And you won't be fired for a year and then re-hired... you'll be fired forever. And possibly prosecuted for theft.

Google is actually treating fraudulent webmasters pretty leniently - all they do is cancel your account and seize the fraudulent earnings.

Well we will never truely know, but consider the implications if it ever were found out they did not return the money as said. It would be a huge scandle that gets as much attention as Enron which of course Google nor any other company could afford.

You won't get banned from Adsense if you don't break their TOS. If you break them then you will get banned just like any other program including YPN.

I would think that Adsense is alot better than YPN anyway as you don't get paid for international traffic with YPN and if you receive to much of it then they will close your account.
