is YouTube Video Grabber websites against GA ?!

    i just wanted to know if YouTube Video Downloader/Grabber websites are against the GA policy and rules ?

    The most recent info I have seen (last month) is that if you are embedding and using the videos as a PART of your site it is fine.

    If you are creating a mirror site where there is nothing but youtube videos, you may have a problem.

    It is against the Youtube TOS. I know this for sure. I ran into this issue with an earlier release of Clip-Motion.

    It is also against the Google Adsense TOS. I ran into this when I was developing the Ooglester script which is now the Clip-Motion script. Google banned the domain ooglester.com and threatened to ban my adsense account.

    With that said, I just released a new Youtube Downloader.
