That's Cool. Still does not really help you gain any relevant info in my opinion but the mofr info the better I suppose.

great info...but I got big problem now

I see that I have some site targeted impressions with some eCPM accociated with them, but there is no earning (0.00)

Number of impressions are really small, like 1-10...but still no earnings??

That's great to know! I actually found out that my site is currently targeted (which I wasn't aware of), though it seems to be just a small advertiser (not many impressions, but still a little extra income).

    Very cool :)

One advantage is these ads are pay-per-impression, even there is no click but still google ( and publisher ) get fixed amount of money for number of impressions.

This is a good options for low CTR sites.

Even though I am not getting good return on such ads compared to my regular ads, still I will keep this to re-assure google that mine is not a spam site and my contents are liked by humans also (not only robots) :)

Nice catch! I didn't even realize the damn CP had changed! LOL. It's too bad it still doesn't tell us who the buyer is...

Sorry, but of what good are these site targeted ads?

In all honesty, the ones I get totally suck and I'd prefer to have the ability to turn them off. I don't even think that they're within the right context and targeting the right demographic that are my readers. Better to have one of my affiliate product ads showing than one of those babies.

Your mileage may vary, of course, but according to these stats, even at 1000 impressions, sometimes those site targeted ads don't even match up to my lowest playing context ad click.

They pay ridiculous high CPM. If you know your CTR is normally low, CPM ads can be a blessing in terms of getting you revenue for no clicks. And the visitor stays on your site able to click your other exit channels.

It just means that no one has purchased an advertisement to show on your site.

Quite a lot is targeted on my main site, the targeted ads do generally have a higher eCPM rate than the contextual ones.

I guess that (for my site atleast) helps against the argument some people on this forum has made for opting out of sitetargeting.

What does site-targeted mean, though? More than likely, especially for newer sites, they aren't targetting your site so to speak. They have likely never even seen your site.

When setting up a targetted CPM advertising campaign, you can put in a subject to target, then choose all the sites that pop up in the site tool. It's pretty interesting stuff, really.

I wonder if you can save any money by CPM advertising as opposed to CPC?
