Is Your Online Business Failing?

    most likely it is...

    What is your goal?

Most will say right off the bat: "I want to make money"

however, you have zero experience, but you expect to throw up a
site, and make money in a few weeks, and if your only passion is
to make money, and nothing else, then you have most likely already failed....

this is what most people do:
    * setup a site, store, etc...right out of the box thinking no one
else will care if their site looks like shit; this was your first mistake...

    * people often hire hack content writers for their content needs, sorry to
say, google has already moved to the next level concerning content, so if
you do not put up attention grabbing, detailed, researched content, then it
is not very likely that your content will rank, and if it does, not very long....
you think you are going to get to the next level using $5 content?

    * Poor marketing skills, people try everything such as FB/Google/IG ads, they
often end up losing 100s of dollars in ads trying to promote the exact
products others are promoting with higher ad budgets, so you drop out...

    * Poor SEO skills: you do not have enough On/OFF page seo skills so you
just end up hiring some "SEO" hack on fiver. The most common seo penalty
is bad/junk backlinks, using same anchor/text over and over, and backlinks
from non-niche sites. Yes, you do need a foundation of links across the board
in order to start your link profile, however, it is always best to have more
high authority niche backlinks coming in then you have non-niche backlinks.

    * Bad product / keyword research: This can cause you to fail before you
even think you failed. If you do not research your niche, then how do you
know it will have any potential? If you have to do keyword research so
you know what to put into your content, otherwise, you could end up ranking
for keywords with almost/zero traffic! ultimately google will decide where
your content will rank! I have certainly ranked for this keyword when I
thought it would rank for another, and over time, the keyword I wanted to
rank did happen, so it is very important to put those LSI keywords in your
content for a greater chance for them to even rank, and if you did everything
else right, then sooner or later, overtime, they will rank....

some people think they need a ton of articles before google will love their
site, and that simply is not true. I recently ran across site that claims he
had only 25 articles, and says it took nearly a year to start earning
$500+/mo! Do you think the majority of his success was the content?
His content certainly has a role in all this, but his success come over time
because he knew how to acquire high quality backlinks, and once he got
those keywords to rank, then he started making money, so could he make
more by adding more content? most certainly!

You only need a few articles in order to start; This is why you always hear
people say, get your content posted as soon as you can, and post often, the
moral of the story is that you do not need 100 articles to start, and do not
let this become your obsession, because google will not let you move any
faster then they think you should move, so it would be pointless to put up
100 great articles over night as it not do your new site any good (at the moment)

    This is what you do:

Setup your first 10-25 articles (follow basic on page seo principles)
(then post 1-5 articles per month to show google
you are keeping your site updated...)

While your site, and content is aging, now you should
concentrate your efforts in find the best niche related backlinks....

your LSI keywords would already be in your content, so when you link
build, use random anchor/text, and the only exception to this is if
the backlink is really, really good, then you would use exact match...
other then that, avoid using exact/partial match keywords...

a few months ago, I ran across this site, and it does not matter what the
niche is, however, everytime I searched a keyword that was related to the
niche, his site always come up, and you know why? his content was of high quality, and his link profile never had the same anchor/text keyword, with
the exception of brand, generic, naked urls, and you know how many
backlinks he had? not even more then 200!!! He did have more then 50
articles on his site, but the moral of the story is that he dominated his niche
with no more then 200 backlinks.

    any questions?

Funny how this particular misinformation guru (google speaker) coined some frases and managed to get those misleading words to everyone thinking that updating their website (like a Blog) will keep the high in ranking. Websites are no blogs and once you have you text right and nothing to add to sell your product that's it. Yes every 5 Years you need to update the entire Website.

What happens when you add more content in relation to your ranking on google? Right you'll drop a little most of the time. Google SERPS are full with number one spots featuring a 2012 Website. Hardly any 2017 makes it to Google's first page. Bing gives you fresher SERPs

My experience comes from ecomm sites, and blogs, not standalone sites
that do not need to update their content for whatever reason; Your keywords
will not rank from thin air, and if you want to rank more, and more keywords,
then you will need more, and more content, so your 5 year plan for your
standalone website will be in the same position in another 5 years, no where.
(unless your traffic is from paid ads, as it will not be from SEO...)

There is no guarantee at any given time! I have seen sites do everything by the book, and get hit with a penalty.
It does not matter how you want to spin words, if you want to make it, then you will need backlinks, and content....
of course, there are other options such as FB, Google, IG ads, etc, however, I am not talking about paid ads...

I am just saying you do not need as much content as people may think, as I have seen people add 25-50-100 articles in
just a few weeks that will do them little good if the content does not gain any authority. How many articles have
you seen that are several years old, having zero backlinks? The content itself without link juice will not push those
keywords to the top where they should be, so the content sits in wonder land going no-where! There is nothing wrong
with having 100 articles just sitting on your site, but I would rather focus on 10-25 articles at a time, build links
to that content, then move on creating more content, then build links to that content, it is about growing, and making more.

I run across a site just a few days ago which was several years ago, the site has 100s of articles, nearly every piece of content had no
authority; This guy is probably only making money on the sheer volume of easy to rank keywords. Just think what this guy
would make if he actually did any SEO on his site, shit, he would rake in money hand over fist...

Yes, I have seen a ton of sites that have old 2012 articles, guess what, maybe they have more authority
then those 2017 articles? you are probably thinking why anyone would read 2012 article, unfortunately,
this is about authority, and if that 2012 content has better authority, then it will no doubt rank higher....

I am not sure what your education or experience level is on SEO, however, I have been doing
this for sometime, and know what works best for me, and I have never been penalized....

    nothing wrong with that...

    * good CPAs can be difficult to get approved.

    * Once approved, get a very good landing page designed.
(from someone that has experience, and proven results)

    * The only free traffic method that I know of is "word of mouth" and
Social media, assuming your offer is so good that people want to share it....
(It may be difficult to get people to share commercial based content)

However, you could use FB ads if you know what you are doing, and if you
do not, then I would not recommend you try unless you want to go through
the trial and error and losing money until you get it right, if you get it right....
