Is your directory doing good business after PR update?

    So what about yours?

    Mine YES, doing so well and I am getting good daily submissions after the PR update of my directories. But still missing reputed and big directory owners submissions.

    Good for you guys!congrats!My submissions have increase but i expect it to be more.i think is because its a niche directory and i would prefer it to not have so many directories sites like you stormy but travel and bussiness sites related to europe.

    My two PR4 directories have not yet received a single submission after the update. But I am not worried- I would only list quality sites.:)

    Today my bid directories start to pick up on submission, particularly www.up6.org which I don't really promote :D

    General Directory is way up on quality submissions. My niche directory is right where I prefer it.

    I'm happy with the results so far.

    lets hope so. Seems people bow down to google now and dont submit to directories without google love. Besides, its pretty hard work trying to work hard when you have a big brother that takes all the time and money you have ;) im sure you know what im referring to:D

    I've lowered my prices by ~50% and opened free reciprocals. My directory and forum are growing steadily as a result. It only takes me 3-5 minutes to do a review. so $9.99 for that time is fine by me. It's no "Special Skill" to write a unique description! Considering the volume of people on the internet less is often more approach is good I believe. Also good news and a good deal spread virally sometimes.

    Seeing increase in traffic and site submission for review after the PR update. We are in a process to redraw our marketing plan and review our pricing. But overall its too early to comment.
