Sit comfortably in an ergonomic revolving chair, use LCD monitor (to reduce radiation) and adopt a good posture during surfing and break for few minutes after 1 hour of computer use. Sure, in the long run, you will love to work with your computer.
My computer is my hobby and my addiction. If I didn't have it, I'd have video games which aren't as good. My computer isn't a pain....at all.
