    google is faster for me, i use yahoo when I visit their applications like ANSWERS or SPORTS

    Personally, I barely use Yahoo to search something. I always use Google, and I think people now use Google search engine more than Yahoo or Bing. The reason may be because Google updates more often than the rest of the search engines and they offer more products and services than the rest. I used to use Yahoo a few years back, but when Google came, I stopped using it.

    I barely get any relevant traffic from yahoo these days. 90% from Google.

    yahoo is used mostly by people from US and Canada
    so if your site is low in rankings in US then you won't be getting traffic from yahoo

    Ofcourse Google may have the bulk of the search results, but the combination of Yahoo and Microsoft in Bing is making a comeback, but they still have a long way to go

    Yes - because there are still millions of people using Yahoo Search
    No - because in the sense using yahoo is just like using Bing.com because the results are powered by Bing.
