I have a fairly new site. Both MSN and Google have done fairly deep indexes, but once again, i am stuck at 1 page with Yahoo. What is the benefit to yahoo taking so long to index a website? You would think they would say "ohhh geez MSN and Google are a heck of a lot faster, we better speed things up a bit" No wonder Google claims to have the largest index, yahoo never indexes.
If you get the right editor to get you the right listing, it really pays off, otherwise it's not even worth it. Maybe this guy will have some insight
Yahoo wears a helmet and rides the short bus in comparison. Google has just used way more of it's resources to become a leader. Now Yahoo and MSN are having to play catch up because they were off playing with their subsidiary companies
Google makes you feel warm inside like a fluffy bunny on an open flame. I especially like the way they do their titles to suit The Holidays like 'on the first day of Christmas my true love sent to me' and they'll be a picture of a partridge... altogther now... aaahhhhh...
If this was DNFORUM, the answer would be: earn post points or pay for it. over here you hook a line to Shawn and he will change it for you.
In that case how come my site only has one page in yahoo... Although I won't complain yet as it just got its appropriate title and description a few days ago. I don't have any rhyme nor reason for any of it. I have some sites that get indexed well by some guys and not others and vice-versa... I wish I had any idea what contributed to those things, but I am clearly and self-admittedly clueless.
Why are people complaining about yahoo indexing and not about the google sandbox. It is pretty much the same. Well at least with the sandbox you still have your coop weight but in the perspective of Yahoo: Who is Shawn? What is coop? But still, Is yahoo retarded? answer is Yes
