Hi.. I am just starting out online and have heard about YPN.. but can't find it.. I have read at many places that yahoo has discontinued YPN.. is it true?

If not can anyone point me to the right page for signup.

They couldn't compete with AdSense and it doesn't fit with their higher quality publishing strategy now.

Chitika is alright, but it can never beat Google Adsense. Google Adsense is the largest and biggest, and as well best publishing advertisement out to get some income. Go with Google Adsense and Google Affiliate Network (Aka Connect Commerce/DoubleClick - which is also by Google).

And beside, yes. Yahoo Publisher Network is now long gone. It barely accepts anyone, they only go after very large website with large amounts of traffics. You have better chance with Google Adsense, and pays you better than YPN.

    YPN was a big flop
it only allowed US residents to register and CPC rates were very low
