Is Yahoo publisher network available for Indians?

    I'm new to this field. As you know Google Adsense available for Indians. But, I want to know that YPN is also available for us or not?

    Please help.

    As of now it is only available in US. They haven't created yet for other places.

    Unlike the Google Adsense which is all over the world... :D

    Any other good ad networks open to overseas participants?
    Prefer to be able to run it on multiple sites without approving each one individually....
