Do you guys think Yahoo's search engine is on the rise, or decline?

    What about Yahoo in general?

I think Bing stole more traffic from Yahoo than Google so by that being said it went down.

people use yahoo only for IM,mail or searches, answers. Geocity is dead from november so i don't think it'll rise in any way.

As far as search goes I don't Yahoo is really going anywhere. Most people I know goes to Yahoo only for content; news, sports, finance. But they use Google for search.

Our site is getting more traffic from yahoo than any other search engine. And the number of visitors yahoo sends has been increasing steadily.

Not sure if anyone has noticed but facebook actually took yahoo in terms of alexa rank the last week or so. Not that alexa is the most accurate but this is quite and accomplishment.

I posted to my blog here on Oct. 9 almost as soon as Alexa updated them from 3 to 2:
    http://www.dialme.com/blogs/entry/Facebook-Beats-Yahoo-In-Traffic-Rank

So if you need something to fill your blogs with this to me is regarded as a hot topic that many have over looked. It's not every day that a new site overtakes another for the number 2 slot even if it is alexa rank.

Something to blog and write about for some perhaps.

Yahoo is on the rise. It has most number of users. And is much more preferable after google. Therefore, yahoo will rise again..

I think the question is not who is increasing or declining, but how you are going to deal with it.
