Is yahoo is slower than gmail?

    google is better than yahoo at everything, that includes their emails. yahoo email is wayy too slow and they have too many ads

    I find this very true. :D

    But I don't think it is the speed that matters... you can make Yahoo mail faster by switching to the classic theme. Yahoo lacks many features though, and there are many flash ads in there... I guess some people use it because of the mirage of unlimited space, but I can bet anything that Google can handle more. :)

    Ultimately, it's a matter of choice. I personally dislike at GMail that it does and behaves how it likes, rather than how I like.

    I useualy send my mail with gmail yet i did not get any problem but when compare to yahoo gmail is ofcource slow dear.

    I like catching some yahoo news when logging in :) Hotmail is good also,gmail. I find AOL to be most problematic sometimes,but if you need fast email creation its good :D:D

    Yes and the main reason why is because of it's flashy interface. You can always set gmail to html and it'll be fast as hell!

    yahoo beta is good and faster to load than the classic,so better use that if you prefer yahoo..but as for my observation gmail is faster than the yahoo beta.

    Both are good emails but I prefer Gmail over yahoo mail

    Gmail is simpler, allows more adjustments, like Lab, that offers additional functionality. There are some few really good things with it and I have really got used to this mail as it integrates really good into Android phones
