hi member of the digital point forums. i have been using a yahoo id since 2 years, last week i went to put a question with that is in yahoo answer i kept question and out from that, next day will try more then 10 times even tried to reset password failed. when try to reset password they give message like that "If you used an alias or profile name, we recommend that you try again with the Yahoo! ID associated with the alias. If not, you can contact Customer Care to help reset your Yahoo! password." but when try to contact with customer they do not heed me, any body who already faced this types of danger, requesting to share me Thanks
I am using yahoo answers from last 3 years, but I have not come across with this unique problem. Contact yahoo help, they will sort out your problem or if its new account, then leave this and create a new account.
