yes- you can use yahoo answers.. answer someones question about a topic you're trying to target. Make it a good reply though so you dont get flagged. and at the end put your name and full url below it.

Its always great having backlinks from a trusted site like Yahoo!

 

For me still Google recognize Yahoo as a reputable and authority sites. So I don't have to worry linking to them. Yahoo still is a quality site/link. What do you think guys?!
