Is xray equipment the highest paying keyword phrase?

At a webinar there was a screenshot of a page using terms xray and xray equipment from a medical based website and there was one click that came in during the conference that equalled $25.00. I though it was great until he showed us the checks from affiliate sales. What is the top 10 niche keywords to build sites around.

 

It's always a good idea to start in a niche you know a lot about.
Otherwise you won't be able to provide interesting content.
If you're interested in MFA sites... health, hosting, etc. niches are OK.
However don't expect to get $25 clicks. You will be lucky if you get $1 from time to time.

 

XRAY is a good paying keyword but you need content.

 

Come on everyone what is a high paying word or niche.

 

Law and medical are two high paying niches.

High value clicks are great if they come in volume. That is rarely the case though. Most people will never get a $25 click regardless of their niche. The ones that do, rarely get a second click. If anyone is getting frequent high value clicks please reply here, preferably with a link to your adsense site in your sig LOL

You still have to enter a keyword though, don't you? What did you put in?

 

Sure. You have to enter a keyword but it then gives you suggestions.

So the lists aren't hoaxes as data is available.
