    How come I never heard about this service of Paypal where you can send money everwhere? I just watched a video and wanted to make sure. xoom.com

    PP does NOT send money EVERYWHERE!!! Some countries, like India, RESTRICT PP from sending money. Further, PP does NOT send money to Mars!
