Is writing a medical topic in the treatment of decreased sperm violate adsense rules ?

Hope my topic find you well,
i need to ask a question that related to writing a medical topic that discuss and explain the issue of decreased sperm and the treatment of decreased sperm - increase the number of sperm and male infertility treatment is this topic violate Adsense rules
note: i wrote this topics from medical view.

I haven't written in this niche, so please take my idea with a grain of salt. I presume that, if it's not from a sexual/porn standpoint, the topic should be OK. At the end of the day we're talking a medical problem. Still, getting in touch with the support from Adsense would be a good idea. Better discuss it with them, before you start doing work/creating content just to find out it's not OK
