Is Wordpress HTML, CSS or PHP?

Hi, Can you please tell me whether Wordpress is HTML, CSS or PHP?
I am sorry, if I am asking wrong question.

Wordpress is comprised with all those and has a well designed open source architecture. But if you want to become a blogger using Wordpress, you don't have to learn these as a starter.
