Here is one for example

Change your TITLE in header.php to

<title><?php if(is_home()) { echo 'YOUR TITLE HERE'; } else { wp_title('') ;} ?></title>

Instead of the gay one it comes with that leaves >> SITE NAME>> PAGE NAME >> CAT NAME >>all in your page titles,

YOU'LL just get "page title" on all pages

Thats just one thing YOU SHOULD do,

I'm sorry but that won't prove that effective. The important part of any article is the title. Choose a tittle that has keywords you wish to rank well on. For example, if you want to rank well for SEO the best solution would be to create many post titles with the keyword SEO on them.
