is windows 7 better than windows xp and windows vista?

i think that windows7 is highly better than windows xp and windows vista in the case of performance and other factors. Do you agree with me?

 

I think windows 7 is better !

 

I haven't had too much hands on time with Windows 7 yet, but from the little time I have had I can tell it's much improved over Vista. I really haven't played enough for "average user" use to see if it runs better than XP though.

 

I'm definitely getting windows 7 when it comes out.

 

Windows 7 is improved in every single way possible over Vista and if you are running modern software on a modern machine is far faster than XP for application response and multitasking.

 

Well I will still stick to xp with the current beta status of windows 7.

 

The BETA ended months ago.

 

Windows7 is better than XP and VISTA by performance.

 

I'll wait until more apps are available for 7

 

Still yet to find anything that isn't massively obsolete to not work on 7.

Well, ya Windows 7 is better but I am still using XP.

By comparing Win7, Vista and XP, no doubt that Win7 perform better than Vista and XP

 

windows 7 not only looks better, but im sure it will be quicker and better to use.
i might upgrade or buy a new computer because my old one is well... getting old.

and runs as smooth as XP

I don't think any OS could be worse than VISTA... Theoretically, Windows 7 shoud be better than Vista. And it is. It's more stable, less anoying and quicker. Windows XP is a good OS. Windows 7 is the next step in evolution. Windows Vista was a random mutation, eliminated by natural selection...

But, if you want a good OS, try Ubuntu.
