I am using widgetbuck and doing pretty well now

i am worried whether they really are going to pay coz it would be waste of so many days if they didnt pay

so what do you think it is

thier CPC is good but who actually is paying them so much for the clicks

Not a scam...but they are probably going to adjust the earnings amount based on performance just like chitika did. Pricegrabber pays partners on clicks to merchant sites but once they realize it is being advertised on random sites and that it isnt converting, theyre probably going to reduce payouts/verify earnings and payout much less.

I started a topic about this before.. couldn't come up with proof that it's a scam but couldn't come up with proof that it isn't a scam either.. I don't get how they pay people 25$ to sign up, don't care about registration information and things like that.

i dont think so ,it is scam . they pay high cos they need to get adsense users their side. and who is info:
WidgetBucks comes to you from the folks at Mpire Corporation, the award-winning meta-shopping service. Mpire's extensive shopping data experience, including its proprietary contextual, analytics and relevancy algorithms, power WidgetBucks. Founded in 2005, Mpire is backed by Ignition Partners and former eBay executive and Pay Pal angel investor Richard Rock.

they have a high pay out rate. That means their pay out threshold is massive. By doing that what they are doing is trapping out all the people who want to get paid but have a very low CPM rate. This way they are cashing in on peoples ignorance. Lots of companies do that.

LOL,i just blurted it out. :D
    i don't know,no one knows.
i'm just sick of all the threads and posts about them.

you just gotta think about why the cost per click is high.i wouldn't think converting for the advertiser is high.

Calling something a Scam is easy, but the damage it can do to the business if or it not it's a scam is big. So have you got any proof before calling it a scam and trying to damage this business of theirs?

You cant cash out that 25 unless you earn 25 in clicks. and trust me they make more than 50 off of 25 dollars worth of clicks.

I dont think its a scam cause mpires a trustworthy company and the payout is realistic ie 45 days unlike auctionads and some other bad networks that promise to pay at the end of the month.

But no way to tell for sure so we'll just have to wait until December 15th to see.

My bet? Scam. Proof? None, Except common sense. Too good to be true. 50 Cents a click for hdtv ads? Shenanigans! All the arcade sites switch to Widget Bucks, and Bam, Lots of crap clicks, And no conversions, good game.

Just because WidgetBucks is paying their publishers on the higher side, you cannot justify calling it a 'scam'. ;)
