Is WHMCS what I need?

    Hey folks, I was just wondering.
    I have my own servers.
    I do not want to integrate it with WHMCS.
    Is this what I need so I can have it when someone comes to my site, they order then it is pending, then I manually create them an account?

    Yes WHMCS can do that. Just dont set the automation.

    It will still work. Just make sure you dont setup the automatic account creation.
