    I have a large website in the health and weight loss niche and it is profitable. Honestly I don't worry much about competition these days. I just make sure I write high quality content every single day and include various LSI phrases.

    Stay away from weight loss niche.
    Either you break down that keyword and try to build websites in sub niches, i think you don't have any chances to get a decent rannk or if you have some chances that will be very hard.
