Just got an unsolicited offer to place their client's ad on my site. Never heard of them before. Is websponsors.ORG reliable? I know websponsors.COM is a pay-per-click affiliate, but this is apparently a prepaid ad not a pay-per-click--or that's what they imply.
Ask for the payment for the ad upfront. If you get the money first then you know they can't scam you. Just make sure you keep an eye on the ad if it uses any kind of code where they can change the ad. You wouldn't want an inappropriate ad showing up when you weren't looking.
Well, the check cleared, and the link was just a simple href, no script or anything. They requested I keep it up for one year. I'll check it periodically to make sure the destination does not morph into a parked domain or a casino or something.
websponsors.org is not the same company as websponsors.com. They might have the same name but both are totally different. I think you guys can check or google it somewhere about both company just to make sure. Based on my experience, websponsors.org is legitimate, they always pay me. I don't know with websponsors.com, never been involved with them before, it looks like PPC.
