    Is websites forum in reviews do you need to be a premium user?

    because i cant post my website on it or is it because im a new user?

    Yes, its just because you are a new user.
    Read the rules
    You must have been a member for 7 days, not have an overall red reputation and have 10 total posts to post in the Website Review forum or the Affiliate Programs section
