I can collect some interesting material to create a site with unigue content. But I'm not a webmaster and I can only build a simple site. And I almost have no skill in SEO. I wanna create a site to fill it with my unique articles and then sell the site. Will somebody buy same sites or people purchase site which are promoted good?
May be just write a few articles and sell them? On other hand, I can get more money, if I create a site with the unique articles and sell all that together.
What are your suggests to me?
    Thanks.

If your not experienced in creating sites, the site could not be that good to buy. Just package your articles and sell all of them in a nice PLR package and you will get the same amount of money without making a site.
I've seen people selling wp databases full of content, you can try this too...
But in my opinion more people are looking to buy PLR packs with articles related to their niche...

Well , if you are not experienced at all , you can use free templates and just copy / paste your unique articles on the templates.

No need for seo , no need for revenue. You can sell them easily for $25-$50 here at DP.

There are people out there who have a lot of money and are lazy to make the articles and sites by themself so they rather spend a fast $30 on a ready site and they just drive traffic to it

    Cheers

You might be able to sell it but not for much. Maybe $20-$100

I would say you could easliy whip up a site from a free template and sell it on dp really fast. I sometimes do that and it converts like crazy. Experiment around a bit and try it out :)

I have done website flipping in the past however I have always made sure that I am selling for a reasonable and decent price, it would not hurt to start learning the basics of SEO, it is really quite easy and just takes hard work in building backlinks however when I say hard work, it is not actually hard, just time consuming :D

    Thank you to you all.

So, my steps should be following.
    1. buying a domain name, I've got a hosting space.
    2. making a site.
    3. writing 2-3 unique articles.
    4. submit my site at google, yahoo and etc.
    5. selling the site.
Please, tell me if I missed something above.
Also, how much can i get for a site with unique content and having 15-20 visitors a day

AS already said by a respected member above, it is the revenue which count and according to which the site worth is decided, not the amount of traffic the site is getting.

    Just an Example.

If you made a site that makes $100 revenue a month then you can sell that for $800 - $1200 depending upon offers you get.

90% of the value someone can add to a website before flipping it comes from these items:

    Targeted traffic
    Repeat visitors
    Revenue already being generated
    Content
Domain name - relevancy, length, complexity

Do not listen to those who say you can't sell a site without revenue for more than $50.00. I've done it time and again. But it matters on what it is (niche) among other things.

I have flipped many, but it wasn't my intended business model. Just happened to be that I bought up a bunch, and ran out of time to deal with them all. So I sold off some 50-75 sites. Most for more than I paid originally.

What I found is it can be a waiting game to get the offer you want. I've turned down many who try and low ball you with insulting offers. Something DP is full of unfortunately. Not a dig on anyone, or anything. Just the fact of the matter.

But wait it out. Eventually you will get your asking price.

    Hold on!

@ # 4, replace that with a good link, even from your signature here, you have space, if I'm not mistaken. It's fine if you also submit, but basically it's a waste of time if you put up such a link.

And I would add a few links here and there at least, look in the link development section to get an idea.

If all you can develop is a basic website then I would just package the articles and sell them. However if you can make a website that stands out, with good design and presentation, market it properly with the articles included, then I would do that.
You just never know when your site will be exactly what a Webmaster is looking for. However I'd like to emphasise if you're only good at the basic sites then just package the articles :)

A website that is of high value has to have traffic and generate revenue. If not, then the website is not worth the time and effort to create.

I have seen many brand new websites sell that have no traffic and have made no money yet for about $150-$250. You just gotta know the right places to sell them.

Also wordpress sites sell well. So if you are able to set up a simple wordpress site with about 15-20 brand new articles on, it it will sell for more than just the package of articles on their own.

It also depends on the niche, and how good your copywriting skills are when it comes to the time to sell.

Of course if you made a site and kept it for a few months, built some traffic and revenue then it would sell for much more.

    Just my 2 cents anyway
    Clare

p.s. I would reccomend that you do some research on SEO.
