It looks good, but I agree with other posters. You should make the "screen" wider.

    my opinion,
there are two lenovo logo. and they close to each other. so. i think you just have to choose either one. not both. there are plenty of advertiser out there that you could put in your website.

    please review my blog www.eddiepurba.com
    thanks

Think of widening your <body> for more whitespace.

Don't worry about user experience. I think the standard screen nowadays is 1024. No one's using 800 unless their screen's from the stone age. Well, of course the only exception is that they have sight problems and prefer smaller screen resolution to enlarge everything.

yeah, the web design would be a great design were it not for the fact that you are an IT jobs board. so you need something really slick and advanced. i would get a pro to redo it for a cohesive look.

there are a LOT of users on the old resolution, in fact the majority of my users are still on that res. but i agree that for an IT jobs site most people will be on a wide screen.

It's a bit bland. Instead of using just blue, pick another color to complement the blue and design your site around BOTH colors. Or, pick another color scheme altogether. Still, I think two colors is good, with different shades of each. More than two is overkill and 1999, and one is just bland. Besides colors, I'd go for a Web 2.0 design. Something sleek, something shiny, something with a gorgeous logo and rounded corners.

    Just my two cents. :)
