    Well, not as good as Liberty Reserve :)

    I suggest to use LR because it has got more features and you can request a Mastercard debit card to your account.

    webmoney is real, and mostly used by eastern European countries and most especially former soviet union countries championed by Russia.

    I can see most people comparing it to Liberty Reserve(LR) Yes LR is more widely used to WebMoney, and webMoney is more complicated to LR.

    Yes it's real, and I believe it has more security than paypal because they will give you certificates, multiple password level, etc. As far as I know it's used mostly by forex industry to transfer payments. And the closest competitor is liberty reserve. I used them both and both are good, ever had issues like they banning accounts etc. But I believe LR is more popular now.
