    hi everyone my age is 19 and i am very new in vb i have no experience in vb that how to control a vb forum but i have a vb forum site so guys i need your help i just wanna know that is VSa Advanced permission Based on Post Count v5.0 is useful for my vbulletin 4.1.9 beta or its just useless and please also tell me how to use it and what's the benefits of using VSa Advanced permission Based on Post Count ? i mean what is the function of this plugins

    Hi, It's useful in case that if You wish not to be downloaded attachments by users having low Post Count or to avoid them sending PMs/VMs to Normal Members before reaching at a certain Post Count, etc :)
