is virtural credit card workproperly

    yes, virtual credit cards work with PayPal. But it is recommended to use real bank issued credit card in order to stay safe from paypal account being limited.

    In india, HDFC bank and Kotak Mahindra banks are proving virtual credit cards that work with PayPal.

    Yes they are. Functionally, it works just like a physical credit card.

    Virtual credit cards (VCC) work fine. Paypal just doesn't like them.
