    yes, it is when it is done the right way. the video should be straight to the point and maximum of 3-minutes long.

    It is effective if you only publish them with youtube. Other video directories does not have as much traffic as youtube.

    Yes, YouTube can bring You most of the traffic...but You can also submit the video to other video sites, if You have time to do it. They can also bring some traffic...
