    Nope, it's a very crappy ccTLD. Unless you have an absolutely top keyword or 1 character, it's worthless.

    Ofcourse it a good domain name if you targeted for Virgin Islands, British. Because the domain extension is a Country-code top-level domain designated for Virgin Islands, British. It may help you rank well in specific countries search engines.
