Is VCC Legal?

    Any updates so that i can conclude!

    Also one more question guys if a VCC or CC expires or removed after verification whether the account will be still verified :)

    I think VCC is legal, if you can't add your bank account, please use VCC, I have used it to verivy paypal

    Add the bank where you live then

    IF a dispute is run somehow on buying and selling , paypal investigate the account & if VCC is used it will be limited forever
