Is vB license transferable to another domain

I am planning to buy vBulletin. I was wondering if the forum doesn't work out, can I transfer the license to another domain?

 

I think so. Provided you use it only on a single domain.

 

Thanks. I decided to go with phpbb for now and upgrade if some interest develops for the site.

 

is it true that you can't transfer to another domain until six months or sth ,i heard like that,anyone confirms here.

 

I doubt out, maybe its something like you cant swap it more then 3 times in 6 months?

I also would like to know in this case.

I have two licences for VBulletin but havent ever tried to change them
