Is ValuClickMedia returning anyones emails?

    In the last 4-5 months I have sent 15-20 emails to them and submitted all 3 of my arcades but only heard from them once several months ago saying one of my sites was rejected.

    Anyone getting anything from them?

    I applied for VCM and got a reply several days later. The possible reason I was rejected said *Unable to verify that you are website owner.

    I'd say if you were rejected and they aren't answering your e-mails that is your answer. Do you really want to stay with a place that doesn't answer e-mails over the course of a couple months?

    I agree, I wouldn't work with them if that's the kind of service I was getting. I've never used them personally but I can tell you I have had other vendors do similar things and I just drop them.

    In this business time is of the essence and I certainly don't have the time to send 20 emails and get no response.

    Well when they rejected me it was because I had a forum on my arcade. They said if I wasn't going to put the ads on my forum, which doesn't exist anymore, I could resubmit my site with a specific number at the end of the URL for a quick re-evaluation. I did so and I never got another email from them again.

    I wouldn't be suprised if it is this kind of thing that is making their company's stock go down so much.

    I have applied to another service and am supposed to hear from them within 48 hours.

    I've never had a problem with them, but then I have been approved and email them from the main account page where I think I stick in a ticket or something and they normally get back to that.
