I keep reading stuff about not over-optimizing your content with keywords. If you are writing an article about the "red car" then how can you not being use the same keyword over and over; no doubt that you are writing about the "red car" and have to mention the keyword multiple times. thanks
Depends how often you repeat it. I write a lot for iGaming industry and there is no way around repeating the word bonus a million times per article. I guess it depends on the overall content and what it has to offer. The trick is to repeat it in different context.
In a way it's all stupid and weird, but hey, we have no choice but to follow those guidelines. By itself any keyword isn't going to get your site slapped with a penalty. It's the tricks some people do that get them in trouble. For instance, some stuff their anchor texts with multiple keywords. Bad idea. If you talk about red cars and your link is somesite.com/hot_red_cars.html and then you make a Find hot red cars online right now! anchor text - that maybe considered as keyword stuffing. It's advisable not to replicate your link and your anchor text.
You can use variations of the red car keyword. For example if you where to have a blog on how to get your ex back you could have: How to get your ex back after a bad break up How to get your ex back after cheating How to get your ex back after an affair ect ect.. Hope this helps..
How to get your wife back after a bad break up... How to get your wife back after cheating. How to get your wife back after an affair. How to get your wife back after shooting her. got it. Yea, I remember back when people stuffed titles with reptitive keywords, and then in the content, at times it was so reptitive that you did not even want to read it; 200-300 keywords in a 500 word article, not cool....
No. It's very bad for your site ranking. You can use phrase match, broad match and longtail keywords. But through main keywords.
