Guys is it safe to use proxy ?

Now if i use proxy.. will it help.. and wont call for facebook or digg or other social networks that this is suspicious account, and maybe using proxy?
For says i have 50 accounts.
    And 50 proxies..

So everytime i should use same proxy for same account??
Say one proxy ip is USA. so it should be USA always or what?

i just tried putting proxy in my mozilla.. but when i went to check my IP through here http:// aruljohn.com/details.php
I found it shows my ISP IP also, Country, ISP name etc..
And than it shows Proxy IP i put, COuntry of that Proxy etc..

So dont you think the facebook or other social can trace in back end such thing ??

    Please confirm..

I have just came to known.. that proxy servers is somehow letting hackers access your system ??

make sure you clear the cookies after each session.
In firefox, press ctrl+ shift+ delete to clear them

It depends on proxy lvel. You should also disable flash and java which can detect your real IP
