Is using multiple adsense ID's in same page against adsense TOS ?

    Is using multiple adsense ID's in same page against adsense TOS ?
    Can I place adsense ads from 2 different publishers in same page ? Is it against TOS ?
    Will the publisher accounts get banned ?
    The total adblocks is less than 3.

    currently its allowed from new TOS but it is some what not good IMO
